As part of the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) RICLAS has the same guiding set of principles and values. RICLAS puts these core beliefs into practice through our own vision statement:

It is the vision of Rhode Island Community Living and Supports to weave a new community of relationships where each person contributes their best towards the goal of mutual acceptance and full participation.

Presence and participation in a person’s community is essential for personal growth and development. The individual can engage in both the local community as well as the broader community in a variety of ways. RICLAS strives to achieve this through activities that encourage:
