The primary revision is the addition of the Health Care Regulations. This revision deletes certain language in the "Agency Requirements" section of the present DDD Regulations. That language was superseded by, and incorporated into, the Procedure and Process Regulations (June 2004) Other deletions are of healthcare-related elements that have been incorporated into the healthcare section of the new regulations. An additional element in the new proposed regulations is DD 13.5.11
